Roles and Responsibilities

 

Providing Technical Support To The Customers Via Different Modes - Telephonic, Chat, Email, Etc • Resolving Installation And Configuring Issues Of The Software

• Interacting With Customers To Quickly Get To The Root Of Their Problem

• Following Up With Clients To Ensure The Problem Is Resolved

• Manage Incoming Calls And Customer Service Technical Issues Refer Unresolved Customer Grievances Or Special Requests To Designated Tech Departments For Further Investigation And Action Plan.

 

·       Publish and deploy WEB Applications and WINDOWS Applications using Visual Studio and SQL Server

·       Installation and updating ERP Software for the clients.

·       Troubleshooting deployment issues in software

·       Maintaining documentation of all steps taken during each deployment project

·       Helping to create documentation for new software releases or updates

·       Collaborate with development and support team to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues.

 

Desired Candidate Profile : 1. Mandatory Languages, Good Communication Skills, First Preference: BCA/MCA/B.Tech/M.Tech/ BSC/ Computers. 2. Must Have Good Interpersonal Skills.

·       Candidate should pass B.Tech/PG/Degree/Diploma in Computer Science.

·       Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills

·       Able to work well in a team setting

·       1 Months Training on the ERP product once the training is completed, on job training will be provided.
